TAKE ACTION

SAVE LEGAL HEMP

New federal restrictions taking effect in November will change legal hemp as we know it.

Congress still has time to act—and so do you.

Your Hemp Access Is at Risk

New federal restrictions scheduled to take effect November 12th could dramatically reshape the legal hemp industry.

The Senate has voted to extend the deadline to December 11th, but the extension is not yet law and still requires House passage and a presidential signature.

Until that legislation becomes law, November 12th remains the current deadline.

Without further action from Congress, many hemp-derived products currently available to adults could be removed from the legal market—impacting farmers, workers, small businesses, and your access to flowerz™ products and other legal hemp products nationwide.

There is still time to act. With Congress currently in recess, now is an important opportunity to make your voice heard before lawmakers return and the deadline approaches in September.

Contacting your representatives now helps ensure they hear directly from the people and businesses who will be affected by these restrictions.

Use the campaign below to contact your representatives and tell Congress to protect access to legal hemp.

We believe there’s a better path forward: responsible regulation, not prohibition.

Clear standards for age restrictions, testing, labeling, and product safety can protect consumers while allowing a responsible legal hemp industry to continue.

Congress still has an opportunity to act—but lawmakers need to hear from the people they represent.

Fill out the campaign below to contact your elected representatives and tell Congress to protect the future of legal hemp. It only takes a minute to make your voice heard.
