flowerz™ rewardz Terms & Conditions

Welcome to flowerz™ rewardz! 

By creating a rewards account or participating in the program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Overview

flowerz™ rewardz is our customer loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for rewards. Participation in the program is free.

2. Eligibility

To participate in flowerz™ rewardz, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a valid email address.
  • Maintain only one rewards account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account found to be fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, under the age of 21, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

3. Earning Points

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are earned based on the product subtotal only. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees do not earn points.

Additional opportunities to earn points may include:

  • Creating an account
  • Birthday rewards
  • Product reviews
  • Following flowerz™ on eligible social media platforms
  • Referring friends
  • Promotional bonus events

Points are awarded after eligible purchases are completed and may take a short period to appear in your account.

Returned, refunded, canceled, or otherwise reversed purchases are not eligible for points. Any points earned from these transactions will be removed from your account.

At this time, all qualifying purchases are eligible to earn points. flowerz™ reserves the right to modify eligible purchases or exclude specific products, collections, promotions, or purchase types from earning points at any time.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Points may be redeemed for the following discounts:

  • 100 points = $10 off
  • 200 points = $20 off
  • 300 points = $30 off
  • 400 points = $40 off
  • 500 points = $50 off

Rewards may be redeemed using the redemption options available within the program at the time of redemption.

Reward discounts may be combined with other eligible promotions and coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

There is currently no minimum purchase required to redeem a reward unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

Reward discounts are applied to eligible merchandise only and do not apply toward taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable fees.

5. Refer a Friend

Members may earn referral rewards by inviting eligible new customers to shop with flowerz™.

To qualify:

  • The referred customer must be a new customer.
  • The referred customer must complete a qualifying purchase using the referral offer.
  • Referral rewards are issued only after the qualifying purchase has been completed.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral program are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the program.

6. Birthday Rewards

Members may receive a birthday reward as part of flowerz™ rewardz.

A valid birth date must be provided before the birthday reward is issued. flowerz™ reserves the right to limit how often a birth date may be updated and to deny or revoke birthday rewards if we believe the program is being misused or abused.

7. Point Expiration

Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity.

Account activity includes qualifying point-earning or point-redemption activity. Once expired, points cannot be reinstated.

8. Changes to the Program

flowerz™ may modify, suspend, or discontinue flowerz™ rewardz, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes to:

  • Point earning rates
  • Redemption values
  • Available rewards
  • Promotional offers
  • Eligible purchases
  • Program rules
  • Point expiration policies

Unless otherwise stated, any changes become effective immediately upon being posted to our website or otherwise made available through the program.

9. Fraud & Abuse

flowerz™ reserves the right to investigate any rewards account suspected of fraud, abuse, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

We may remove points, revoke rewards, suspend participation, or permanently terminate accounts if we determine that the program has been abused.

10. No Cash Value

Points and rewards:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, purchased, or assigned to another person.
  • Are promotional benefits offered solely through flowerz™ rewardz.

11. Limitation of Liability

flowerz™ is not responsible for technical issues, system outages, delays, or other circumstances that may temporarily affect the availability or accuracy of the rewards program.

12. Acceptance of These Terms

Participation in flowerz™ rewardz constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as well as any future updates to the program.
